Overview

As an Associate Director in the team, your role will advise largely on B2B social strategy for a portfolio of prominent global brands. You will play a key role in driving excellent client service, ensuring client satisfaction across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic client counsel and advice, as a senior advisor on digital and social communications
  • Manage the development of compelling digital and social programme strategies and plans, providing oversight and guidance to the team in executing these programmes effectively
  • Mentoring and developing your team (direct and indirect) to ensure best in class client service
  • Identifying opportunities for organic business growth, responding to new opportunities via external briefs and cross-practice identified opportunities, and leading proposals and pitches
  • Motivating, guiding and managing your direct reports to ensure a highly engaged, inclusive and productive team
  • Financial management of your projects, including developing accurate budgets, ensuring profitability
  • Handling incoming work requests and managing capacity and effective utilisation of your direct reports, working closely with the Social & Innovation Lead, ensuring administrative and operational excellence from yourself and your reports
